Thank A Vet Today!

Being that today is Veterans day, It is very important to thank those who have served or are currently serving in the military to help keep us free. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to all of our Veterans, today and every day.

It is very important that we talk to every child we see and explain to them that they should thank anyone who served or is serving this country. Because we wouldn't have what we have without them.

If you have the same respect and gratitude I do, pass that feeling down to a child. Keep our country great by teaching our young ones to respect those that sacrificed, because when you do that - you are building respect for our future and all great things start with respect.

If you feel that you do not have to thank a vet, then that is your right under our freedoms here in the US. Just another reason you should thank a vet, for the right too...just do nothing.
Thanks for stopping buy and hope to see you soon

Is The Raiders “D” For Real?

That is the million dollar question. Lets not forget how well the special teams are playing as well. The offense still looks shaky but everything else seems to be popping into place.

The defense has been out of there minds. the Chiefs came to town with the number one rushing core in the NFL only to be shut down to less than 104 yards on the ground. Matt Cassel, QB for the Chiefs, was running for his life the way he was last season. That being said the Chiefs “O” line has been much improved this season but that didn't seem to matter. The Raiders handled them and sent them home packing with only a loss to show for there efforts.

The next big test for the Raiders will be in two weeks at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh when they face the Steelers. This is a very important game for the Raiders to prove themselves against one of the top tier playoff teams in the league. If they pull that one off you will see myopia running wild on the streets of Oaktown. They will think it was a Super Bowl victory, as well they should. You beat a big-time team and all of a sudden the players think they are invincible. That is what any team trying to make a run should feel like. Will they? Not so sure they will but if the Cleveland Browns could just work the New England Patriots the way they did this past weekend then the stars must be aligning or something.

The Raiders in my opinion are still in the building phase and could still take some time to be a true playoff contender. With their Quarterback controversy year after year, you just don't know what is going to happen. I will say that Jason Campbell sure does look relaxed in the pocket but when he gets chased around that goes out the window, more times than not.

The Raiders are just one of a few teams trying to build something with all of their picks over the last few years. Raiders, Chiefs, Texans & Lions, Just to name a few.

It is definitely going to be an interesting 2nd half to the season and not just in the AFC west but in the entire NFL…

Thanks for stopping buy and hope to see you soon

Blackhawk Flyover At Arrowhead Stadium, Gunners View

This is very cool. Birdseye view from the Blackhawk Helicopter, as it Does a flyover at Arrowhead Stadium In Missouri. That's the video you see above - about a half dozen Blackhawk helicopters flying over Arrowhead Stadium after the National Anthem is sung in honor of Veteran's Day.
